答2030年可持续发展议程是指导国际社会发展的纲领性文件。中国高度重视落实2030年议程，率先发布了落实议程的国别方案和进展报告，将落实工作同国内“十三五”规划等中长期发展规划有机结合，在多个可持续发展目标上实现了“早期收获”。中国将于明年实现现有标准下农村贫困人口全部脱贫，提前十年实现减贫领域的可持续发展目标。在960多万平方公里的土地上，没有贫困、没有饥饿、没有流离失所，让14亿人都过上幸福美好的生活，这是中国对全球落实2030年议程的最大贡献。
A The 2030 Agenda for Sustainable Development is an important guideline for the international community. China attaches great importance to its implementation. We were among the first to release a national plan and progress report on implementation of the agenda. We have integrated the agenda with medium and long term national development plans such as the 13th Five Year Plan and have achieved early harvest on multiple sustainable development goals. By 2020, all rural residents living below the current poverty line will be out of poverty, which means China will meet its SDG in poverty alleviation ten years ahead of schedule. Enabling 1.4 billion people to live a happy life free from poverty, hunger and displacement in a land of 9,600,000 square kilometers is China's greatest contribution to the global implementation of the 2030 agenda.
中国始终积极致力于国际发展合作。近年来，我们利用举办主场外交的契机，推动各方把发展问题置于全球宏观政策框架的核心位置，不断深化共建“一带一路”与2030年议程对接。中国还通过设立中国-联合国和平与发展基金、南南合作援助基金等务实举措并通过双边渠道，为其他发展中国家落实2030年议程提供有力支持。
China is committed to international cooperation on development. In recent years, when hosting international events, we have been working with various parties to feature the issue of development prominently at the heart of the global macro-policy framework. We have also worked to seek greater synergy between BRI cooperation and the 2030 agenda. Besides, China has also provided strong support to fellow developing countries in their implementation of the agenda through practical measures such as setting up the China-UN Peace and Development Fund and the South-South Cooperation Assistance Fund, and also through bilateral channels.

A China supports a just and proper settlement of the Cyprus issue on the basis of relevant UN resolutions. Any solution must be in the interests of both Greek Cypriots and Turkish Cypriots. We call on relevant parties to exercise restraint and refrain from unilateral actions that might hinder a just and peaceful solution in order to create conditions for resuming negotiation. As a permanent member to the Security Council, China stands ready to play a positive role in this.
问昨天王毅国务委员兼外长在纽约举行的联合国大会期间与巴基斯坦总理伊姆兰·汗举行会见，这是两人一个月内第二次见面。中方对此有何评论？

A Recently, the economic and trade teams of China and the United States held vice ministerial-level consultations in Washington and conducted constructive discussions on economic and trade issues of common concern. The two sides also discussed the specific arrangements for the the 13th round of China-US high-level economic and trade consultations between the coordinators in Washington in October.
