赵立坚3月5日，白俄罗斯代表70个国家在人权理事会第46届会议上作共同发言，重申支持中国在香港特别行政区实行“一国两制”，认为香港国安法实施后，香港摆脱了动荡局势，逐渐恢复稳定，强调不干涉主权国家内政是《联合国宪章》重要原则，是国际关系的基本准则，香港特区是中国不可分离的部分，香港事务是中国内政，敦促有关方面切实尊重中国主权，停止干涉香港事务和中国内政。此外，还有20多个国家在人权理事会以单独发言等方式，支持中方在涉港问题上的立场和举措。
Zhao Lijian On March 5, on behalf of 70 countries, Belarus delivered a joint statement at the 46th session of the UN Human Rights Council to reiterate their support for China's practice of One Country, Two Systems in the Hong Kong SAR. The statement said that Hong Kong was lifted out of chaos and stability was gradually restored after the national security legislation took effect. Stressing that non-interference is an important principle of the UN Charter and a basic norm governing international relations, and Hong Kong SAR is an inalienable part of China and its affairs are China's internal affairs, the joint statement urges the relevant parties to earnestly respect China's sovereignty and stop interfering in Hong Kong affairs and China's internal affairs. Besides, another 20-plus countries also voiced support for China's position and measures on Hong Kong-related issues in their respective remarks at the Human Rights Council.
中方始终坚持“一国两制”、“港人治港”、高度自治的方针，中国中央政府的有关举措有利于更好保障香港居民依法享有的各项权利和自由，有利于促进香港长期繁荣稳定，有利于“一国两制”实践行稳致远。香港是中国的香港，香港事务纯属中国内政，任何国家、组织和个人都无权干预。
China is committed to the principle of One Country, Two Systems, Hong Kong people administering Hong Kong and a high degree of autonomy. The Central Government's relevant measures for Hong Kong will better protect the legitimate rights and freedoms enjoyed by Hong Kong residents, promote Hong Kong's long-term prosperity and stability, and contribute to the steadfast and successful implementation of One Country, Two Systems. Hong Kong is China's Special Administrative Region and its affairs are an integral part of China's internal affairs which allow no interference by any country, organization or individual.
广大发展中国家在联合国人权理事会再次联手发出正义之声，这充分体现了事实胜于雄辩、公道自在人心。中国维护国家主权、安全、发展利益的决心坚定不移，贯彻“一国两制”方针、维护香港繁荣稳定的决心坚定不移。我们敦促有关方面恪守国际法和国际关系基本准则，停止以任何方式干涉香港事务和中国内政。
Once again, the UN Human Rights Council was echoed with calls for justice jointly uttered by a great number of developing countries. It is crystal-clear that facts speak so much louder and justice will always prevail. China is determined in safeguarding national sovereignty, security and development interests, in implementing One Country, Two Systems, and in upholding prosperity and stability in Hong Kong. We urge the relevant parties to strictly observe international law and basic norms governing international relations, and stop interfering in Hong Kong affairs and China's internal affairs in any way.

据我们了解，截至3月1日，我们共有驻163个国家的244家使领馆发放了约50万份“春节包”。有的使领馆精心设计了文创“盲盒”、生活物资包等不同内容的“春节包”；有的使领馆在“春节包”中提供中国特色“年夜饭”；有的使领馆亲笔绘制花卉信封并书写祝福贺卡。一份份“春节包”温暖了一颗颗漂泊的心。“春节包”跨越山水重洋，送去了防疫物资，送去了祖国的牵挂，送去了深情的节日祝福。
As we know, as of March 1, about 500,000 Spring Festival packages were delivered by 244 Chinese diplomatic missions in 163 countries. The packages provided by different embassies and consulates vary in their content, which include blind boxes of cultural and creative products, some daily necessities, traditional Spring Festival cuisines, and hand-written greeting cards in envelopes decorated with hand-drawn flowers. The Spring Festival packages, traveling long distances, delivered anti-epidemic materials, solicitude, warmth and most sincere holiday wishes from the motherland to our compatriots overseas.
当前，疫情仍未过去，我们将继续践行“外交为民”理念，将实施“春苗行动”，推出国际旅行健康证明、“中国领事APP”，助力安全有序人员交往，更好地维护海外同胞的生命安全和身体健康。
With the pandemic still on-going, we will continue serving the people.
