答当前东亚区域合作总体势头良好，为地区国家抗击疫情和经济复苏提供了积极助力。同时，全球疫情反弹波动，地区热点问题此起彼伏，东亚合作面临更多复杂因素。
A The overall sound momentum in East Asia cooperation at present has strengthened regional countries’ efforts to combat COVID-19 and revitalize the economy. At the same time, resurgence and fluctuation in the global pandemic situation and flare-up of regional hotspot issues have added more complexity to East Asia cooperation.
中方始终视东盟为维护地区和平稳定、促进区域一体化的重要力量，支持东盟共同体建设，支持东盟在东亚合作中的中心地位，支持东盟在国际地区事务中发挥更大作用。中方愿以中国—东盟建立对话关系30周年为契机，推动地区国家继续聚焦合作、共谋发展、共迎挑战，共同维护地区和平稳定与发展繁荣。
China always sees ASEAN as an important force in maintaining peace and stability and promoting integration in the region. We support ASEAN community building, ASEAN centrality in East Asia cooperation, and a greater role by ASEAN in regional and international affairs. China would like to take the opportunity of the 30th anniversary of the establishment of China-ASEAN dialogue relations to call on all regional countries to continue to focus on cooperation, seek common development, jointly address challenges and safeguard peace, stability, development and prosperity in the region.
一是深化抗疫合作。中方将继续发挥负责任大国作用，尽己所能满足地区国家疫苗需求。支持各方携手共同打造区域疫苗生产和分配中心，促进本地区疫苗可及性和可负担性。各方应坚持科学抗疫，反对政治化、污名化。
First, deepen anti-epidemic cooperation. As a responsible major country, China will continue to play its role and do its best to meet regional countries’ demand for vaccines. We support joint efforts to build a regional vaccine manufacturing and distributing center to promote vaccine accessibility and affordability in the region. All sides should adhere to a science-led response and reject politicization or stigmatization.
二是推动经济复苏。积极对接各自国家疫后发展战略，培育复苏合作新动能和新亮点。推动区域全面经济伙伴关系协定尽早生效实施，维护地区产业链供应链稳定畅通，助力各国经济早日复苏。
Second, boost economic recovery. Efforts should be made to actively dovetail post-COVID national development strategies and foster new engines and highlights of recovery cooperation. We should work for the early entry into force and implementation of the RCEP Agreement, keep regional industrial and supply chains stable and unobstructed, and boost an early economic recovery in all countries.
三是拓展可持续发展合作。利用新一轮科技和产业革命契机，加快推进区域数字和能源结构转型，积极开展应对气候变化、环境保护、防灾减灾、新型能源资源等方面合作，推动地区实现绿色复苏，更好应对未来地区和全球性挑战。
Third, expand cooperation in sustainable development. Building on the momentum of the new round of scientific and industrial revolution, we should accelerate digital and energy structural transformation in the region and actively conduct cooperation in addressing climate change, environmental protection, disaster prevention and mitigation, and new types of energy and resources to achieve a green recovery in the region and be better prepared for regional and global challenges in the future.
四是践行真正的多边主义。坚定维护以联合国为核心的国际体系和以国际法为基础的国际秩序，抵制搞“小圈子”和零和博弈，将支持本地区经济发展的各项承诺落到实处。
Fourth, practice true multilateralism. We should firmly uphold the UN-centered international system and the international order based on international law and reject exclusive cliques or zero-sum games. Commitments of supporting regional economic growth should be honored with concrete actions.
