Q In June this year, China and 28 countries jointly launched the Initiative for Belt and Road Partnership on COVID-19 Vaccines Cooperation. Can you brief us on vaccine cooperation between China and these countries?
答 我们对有关方面严重违背国际法和国际关系基本准则，一再对中国港澳特区事务指手画脚表示强烈不满和坚决反对。
A In June this year, State Councilor and Foreign Minister Wang Yi chaired the Asia and Pacific High-level Conference on Belt and Road Cooperation. During the meeting, China and 28 countries jointly launched the Initiative for Belt and Road Partnership on COVID-19 Vaccines Cooperation, calling for stronger cooperation in vaccine assistance, export and joint production.
拥护中华人民共和国澳门特别行政区基本法、效忠中华人民共和国澳门特别行政区是对特区立法会议员的法定要求。澳门特区终审法院依据法律和事实作出有关裁决，贯彻了“爱国者治澳”的根本原则，捍卫了宪法和基本法确立的特别行政区宪制秩序，维护了澳门特别行政区第七届立法会选举的严肃性和规范性，彰显了特别行政区司法的公正和权威，有关决定得到澳门社会各界普遍拥护，我们对此坚决支持。
China has been actively implementing the initiative. We’ve reached cooperation agreement with co-sponsors of the initiative on a total of 775 million doses of vaccines, including in the form of concentrates, of which 350 million doses have been delivered. Besides, Chinese companies have started joint production with four co-sponsors of the initiative and are discussing joint production with other interested countries.
澳门回归以来，“一国两制”取得举世公认的伟大成就，澳门居民享有的广泛权利和自由依法得到充分保障，有关事实不容歪曲。我想强调的是，澳门是中国的特别行政区，中方将继续坚定推进澳门特色“一国两制”成功实践行稳致远。同时，中方坚决反对任何外部势力干预澳门特区事务，干涉中国内政。
China stands ready to carry forward the joint efforts with Belt and Road partners to promote the equitable distribution of vaccines globally and increase vaccine accessibility and affordability in Belt and Road countries and other developing countries.
