By the time the 74th session of the WHAopened, over 150 countries voiced their support for China'sdecision through diplomatic channels. More than 80 WHO members sent letters to the WHO to express their commitment to the one-China principle and opposition to Taiwan's participation in the WHA.

我们再次奉劝民进党当局，“借疫谋独”绝无出路。中方也敦促个别国家，停止将卫生问题政治化，停止借台湾问题干涉中国内政，否则只会搬起石头砸自己的脚，注定以失败告终。
Once again, we urgethe DPP authorities to drop its attemptof seeking Taiwan independence by taking advantage of the epidemic, which will end up nowhere. Wealso urge certaincountries to stop politicizing the health issue and stop interfering in China's internal affairs by playing upthe Taiwan issue.Otherwise, they are doomed to fail just like a man who lifts a rock only to drop it on his own feet.
