We hope that the economic sector in Japan will play a positive role in advancing win-win cooperation between China and Japan. China is committed to its fundamental national policy of opening up and will continue to foster a market-oriented, law-based and internationalized business environment. 我要强调的是，台湾是中国领土不可分割的一部分，中方捍卫国家主权和领土完整的决心坚定不移。中方注意到，台湾地区选举结束之后，美方采取了一系列消极言行，向“台独”势力发出错误信号。美方所作所为违反一个中国原则和中美三个联合公报规定，违背美国领导人多次重申的不支持“台独”、不支持“两个中国”或“一中一台”、不寻求把台湾问题作为工具遏制中国等承诺。美方应当切实恪守一个中国原则和中美三个联合公报规定，立即停止侵权挑衅行径，停止给台海和平稳定制造麻烦，停止向“台独”分裂势力发出任何错误信号。
I would like to stress that Taiwan is an inalienable part of China’s territory and China remains unwavering in our determination to defend the nation’s sovereignty and territorial integrity. China noted that after the elections in the Taiwan region, we have seen negative statements and actions from the US side, which sent wrong messages to “Taiwan independence” forces. What the US did violates the one-China principle and the three China-US joint communiqués, and contravenes the commitments repeatedly reiterated by US leaders of not supporting “Taiwan independence”, not supporting “two Chinas” or “one China, one Taiwan”, and not seeking to use the Taiwan question as a tool to contain China. The US needs to stay committed to the one-China principle and the three China-US joint communiqués, immediately stop infringement and provocative moves, stop creating troubles undermining peace and stability in the Taiwan Strait, and stop sending any wrong signals to “Taiwan independence” separatist forces.
