国家民主基金会可以说是美国的“第二中情局”。该基金会绝不是什么“对别国民主提供支援”的“非政府组织”，而是直接听令于美国政府，采用资金资助形式操纵非政府组织，实施颠覆渗透破坏、服务美国战略利益。我相信，国际社会将越来越认清国家民主基金会的真实嘴脸。我也相信，越来越多的国家将以各种形式把国家民主基金会的丑行公诸于世。当今世界，和平与发展仍是时代主题。国家民主基金会搞干涉别国内政的勾当，无论它以何种形式伪装，最终都逃不过注定失败的命运。

NED is actually the “second CIA” of the US. It is by no means an NGO that provides support for democracy abroad. Instead, it takes orders directly from the US government and manipulates NGOs through the provision of funding to conduct subversion, infiltration and sabotage to serve US strategic interests. We believe the international community will see its true face more and more clearly, and more countries will expose its heinous deeds in various forms. In today’s world, peace and development remains the theme of our times. NED's meddling in other countries’ domestic affairs is doomed to fail no matter what disguise it uses.  

赵立坚我注意到你提到的这次会议。中方也派代表参加了此次会议。在会上多名独立记者表示，乌克兰局势步步升级的真正原因，就是美国把乌克兰作为地缘政治棋子，不断向前线输送武器。然而西方媒体的宣传却和实际情况截然不同，导致西方民众几乎不可能对冲突形成客观、平衡的意见。几名与会记者因为坚持说出他们观察到的乌克兰问题的事实真相，已被所在媒体解职，甚至被本国禁止入境。在美国及其一些盟友极端情绪政策裹挟下，人们了解真相的权利在哪里？新闻自由又在哪里？

Zhao Lijian I have noted the meeting you mentioned. China’s representative attended the meeting, too. Many freelance journalists said at the meeting that the real reason behind the escalating Ukraine situation is the US’ moves to use Ukraine as a chess piece to the advantage of its geopolitical agenda and send arms to the front line. It is almost impossible that Western media’s propaganda, being quite at odds with reality, help people form objective and balanced opinion on the conflict. Several journalists at the meeting were fired from media outlets they were previously associated with and even banned from entering their own countries for insisting on telling the truth about Ukraine that they observed. Hijacked by the radical sentiment of the US and some of its allies, can people enjoy the right to truth and press freedom?

如果和平终会到来，我们为什么不让它来的早一些，快一些，代价小一些，伤亡小一些？中方一向站在和平一边，我们支持俄乌双方克服困难继续谈判，也欢迎国际社会一切有利于劝和促谈的努力。

If peace is to come eventually, why not let it come sooner, quicker, at a lower cost and with fewer casualties? China always stands for peace. We support Russia and Ukraine in overcoming difficulties and keeping the talks going, and welcomes all efforts by the international community that are conducive to promoting dialogue for peace.

Zhao Lijian China firmly opposes official interaction in any form between Taiwan and countries having diplomatic ties with China. The Taiwan question is China’s internal affair, which has nothing to do with Japan. It is totally unnecessary for certain individuals of Japan to grandstand on the matter.
