中俄友谊牢不可破，合作前景不可限量。明年中俄将启动2022-2023年中俄体育交流年，迎来中俄友好、和平与发展委员会成立25周年，普京总统将访华并出席北京冬奥会开幕式。中方坚信，两国将继续互予开放机遇，继续推动全球发展议程，为推动构建新型国际关系、构建人类命运共同体作出更大贡献。我们对2022年的中俄关系充满期待，满怀信心。

The China-Russia friendship is unbreakable and our cooperation holds great promise. Next year, the two countries will launch the Chinese-Russian years of sports exchanges in 2022 and 2023 and celebrate the 25th anniversary of the establishment of the China-Russia Friendship Committee for Peace and Development (CRFCPD). President Putin will also visit China and attend the opening ceremony of the Beijing 2022 Games. China firmly believes that both countries will continue to open to and share opportunities with each other, promote the global development agenda and make greater contributions to building a new type of international relations and a community with a shared future for mankind. We have high expectations for and confidence in China-Russia relations in the year to come.

赵立坚藏南地区位于中国西藏自治区，有史以来就是中国领土。中国门巴族、藏族等少数民族同胞长期在该地区生产生活，并留传下来很多地名称谓。为加强地名规范化、标准化管理，中国政府主管部门根据《地名管理条例》，公布了第二批藏南地区公开使用地名，这完全是中国主权范围内的事。

Zhao Lijian Zangnan (the southern part of China’s Tibet) is located in the Tibet Autonomous Region of China. It has been China’s territory since the ancient times. China’s ethnic minorities such as the Moinba and Tibetan ethnic groups have lived and worked in this area for a long time, and many place names have been passed down. In order to strengthen the standardized administration of place names, the competent department of the Chinese government, in accordance with the regulation on the administration of geographical names, has announced the second batch of standardized names of places in Zangnan for use by the public, which completely falls within China’s sovereignty.

赵立坚立陶宛政府本来可以用这笔钱来改善民生、抗击疫情、提升边境难民生存状况，却选择用老百姓的钱包为政府的错误买单。如果立陶宛政府真的想对相关企业表示支持，就应该从国家和人民的根本利益出发，回到在一个中国原则基础上与中国发展各领域友好合作的正道上来。

Zhao Lijian The Lithuanian government could have spent the money on improving people’s welfare, fighting COVID-19 or making things better for refugees living at the border. However, it chose to use the money from the people to pay for its own mistakes. If the Lithuanian government really wants to show its support for the businesses concerned, then it should proceed from the fundamental interests of the country and people and return to the right path of adhering to the one-China principle and pursuing friendly cooperation with China in various sectors.

赵立坚立陶宛政府公然违背一个中国原则，背弃立方在两国建交公报中所作政治承诺，在中国建交国中首个允许台当局以“台湾”名义设立“代表处”，在国际上制造“一中一台”。这一错误行径严重侵犯中国国家主权和领土完整，严重损害中国核心利益，中方有权作出正当合理反应。世界上其他任何主权独立国家遇到这样的事，也必然会采取坚决果断措施。立方做了错事，不仅从未反思悔改，反而四处造谣生事，这种避重就轻、转移矛盾的“公关手段”是可悲的。

Zhao Lijian The Lithuanian government blatantly violated the one-China principle and renounced the political commitment made by the Lithuanian side in the communiqué on the establishment of diplomatic relations with China. Of all countries having diplomatic relations with China, Lithuania is the only one to allow the Taiwan authorities to set up a “representative office” bearing the name of Taiwan, which creates the false impression of “one China, one Taiwan” in the world. This erroneous act severely infringed upon China’s sovereignty and territorial integrity and gravely hurt China’s core interests. China has every right to make legitimate and reasonable responses. If such things were to happen to other sovereign and independent countries, they would surely take resolute and decisive measures, too. The Lithuanian side was in the wrong. However, instead of reflecting on itself and showing remorse, it resorted to spreading rumor and making trouble. Such publicity stunts of glossing over the real issue to deflect attention elsewhere are just pathetic.
