我们多次强调，应对气候变化，中国不仅说，而且做；不仅确定了目标，而且制定了具体的时间表、路线图。《意见》的印发，就是中国立足新发展阶段、贯彻新发展理念、构建新发展格局，统筹污染治理、生态保护、应对气候变化的又一新举措，展现了中方应对全球气候变化的坚定决心和言出必行的行动力度。多年以来，我们主动承担与国情相符的国际责任，积极探索绿色低碳发展道路。减污降碳协同治理就是重要抓手之一。二氧化碳和常规污染物排放具有同根、同源、同过程的特点，主要来自化石能源的燃烧和利用。减少化石能源利用，推动减污降碳一体谋划、一体部署、一体推进、一体考核，有利于碳达峰碳中和与生态环境根本好转同步落实。

Over the years, we have taken on international commitments that match our national circumstances and vigorously explored a green and low-carbon path to development. Making coordinated efforts to reduce pollution and carbon emissions is an important part of such endeavor. Carbon dioxide and other ordinary pollutants often come from the same sources, mainly from the burning and utilization of fossil fuels. To reduce the utilization of fossil fuels and ensure the efforts to reduce pollution and carbon emissions are planned and carried out in tandem, and the performance assessment of the two is also conducted jointly will be conducive to realizing synchronized progress in peaking carbon emissions and achieving carbon neutrality and the fundamental improvement of the country's ecological environment.

关于第二个问题，当前中澳关系的困难局面是澳方一手造成的，澳方对此心知肚明。一段时间以来，澳国内不少有识之士就中澳关系发出了客观、理性的声音，并就改善中澳关系提出有益建议，这些值得澳大利亚政府认真倾听和反思。澳方应当正视中澳关系受挫的症结，客观理性看待中国和中国发展，切实秉持相互尊重、平等相待的原则处理两国关系，纠正一段时间以来在对华关系上采取的错误言行，多做有利于增进两国互信、促进务实合作的事。
